Our Red Carpet Social, don your glad rags to kick the weekender off with a bang.
10:00 - 16:00
This is the main bulk of the weekender, in this time period you will have 4.5 hours of stream teaching, with lunch at 13:30.
19:30 - 00:00
The main soical of our weekender with music from the university Moonlighters band, where we invite you to dress as your favorite movie character. bonus points for group costumes.
00:00 - 03:00
We will forgo a typical after party to continue the dancing with late night blues, music provided by our moonlighters trio.
Sunday
10:00 - 14:00
We will have 12 optiotions across three slots for workshops. With a range of teachers, skills and styles for all abilities. These will be first-come-first-served so sign up quick.
14:30 - 18:00
And thats a wrap! a final tea dance to round the weekend off.
We will have lead, follow and switch tickets for every stream, as well as the option to buy social tickets on the door.

Beginner Lindy:
The Hollywood Hop
​A stream perfect for those who have never done Lindy Hop before, or only know the basic and want to build their confidence by learning new moves, social dancing skills, and getting to grips with everything swing!
Intermediate Lindy:
Silver Screen Swing
Perfect for those who started Lindy in the last year. You should know the difference between your 6 and 8 count, and are comfortable in at least one role. Perfect for dancers who want to take their dancing to the next level by exploring more complex ideas, musicality, tempo and style .
Fast Dancing:
Action Sequence
For this year our third stream will be different types of fast swing dance, emphasising speed and rythm. Broken into three sections; Charleston and Shag. This stream is for people who want to broaden their swing dancing repertoire, ideally have been dancing a year and have some previous experience in side-by-side Charleston and 6/8 count lindy hop.
Aerials:
The Stunt Double
Due to popular demand we have decided to run our aerails stream for the 2nd year in a row. You dont need any aerials experience, but the skills you learn will go in tandem with lindy hop so you should be comfortable with 6+8 counts. This is our only stream that you need a partner, and tickets are only sold in pairs.
